I’m Oklahoma Employment Law attorney, Colby Addison.  To challenge a wrongful termination I recommend you contact an attorney like ourselves, but to do so what we end up doing on behalf of you, unless you do it yourself, is to contact the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and file a charge of discrimination.

    Or if the employer is a smaller employer, typically less than 15 employees, we will go through the Office of Civil Rights Enforcement with the Oklahoma Attorney General’s Office.

    If your case doesn’t fall into the criteria that would be necessary to involve one of those agencies we can assist you with filing for unemployment, potentially also appealing a wrongful unemployment denial.
