Video Transcribed: What laws protect employees from sexual harassment in the workplace? I’m Oklahoma Workers Rights Attorney Colby Addison, and we’re talking about that today. Sexual harassment in the workplace is precluded by the Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, which is a federal law that’s been enacted to protect employees from sexual harassment.
